Philosophy

Stacy is a proponent of the classic windmill motion. She believes leg drive is key to generating power.

Stacy believes practice practice practice is really all you need to improve as a pitcher. Stacy practiced in the AM before school with a series of different drills and then again after school, taking the initiative to call her dad to come home from work. This kind of dedication is what she hopes to empower in her student athletes.  

Stacy Skalicky is a Christian, much of her focus and drive is centered around discipline and desire to glorify God. She hopes to share how this impacted her career and molded her resolve.
